I did my first ever standup paddling class with Urban Ocean on the Ottawa River about four years ago, and absolutely LOVED it! Harmony is an amazing instructor, and her enthusiasm and passion for the sport is inspiring!! No matter what your skill level, she can get you on the water confidently and you'll be loving it in no time!

I want to thank Urban Ocean for introducing me to the amazing world of standup paddleboarding. I joined Urban Ocean's SUP Sisters course and not only did I fall in love with the sport, I made some new friends and explored Ottawa's rivers and lakes with a new perspective. I participated in many different Urban Ocean programs, which are easy to attend with a variety of schedules and locations. The equipment is high end and the instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Urban Ocean to anyone wanting to SUP in Ottawa.
