We believe being active and outdoors in childhood fosters a healthy lifestyle and environmental respect later in life.

 Since launching our first Stand Up Paddle Kids camp in Ottawa in 2012. 

                                     We had 100's of kids join us on the Ottawa River 


SUP Kids Camp full week camp

Located at our private club on the Ottawa River our day begins at 9:00am and ends at 4:00pm


What can you expect for a SUP Kids camp with us?  Small numbers, Professional Instructors, Quality Equipment, Safety and FUN!

We've provided a number of Ottawa and the Valley Kids with Stand up Paddling from Ivivia Girls, to YMCA Summer Camp & The At Risk Youth Camp.  We were the exclusive Stand Up Paddle Kids Camp partner to Ottawa's Dovercourt Recreation Centre for Adventure and Paddle camps from 2013-2018.

SUP KIDS once a week

Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) programs that promote confidence, courage, friendship, and fun.  In these weekly classes, kids will learn how to stand up paddle, and improve their SUP techniques and fitness. They will laugh, socialize, and maybe even fall in!  This program also teaches SUP safety and equipment.  Learn a lifelong, healthy sport; gain confidence, and be active! 

Each class will focus on a new activity to develop Stand Up Paddleboarding skills. Activities Include:

  • Basics of Stand Up Paddleboarding

  • Advanced Skills & Safety

  • Exploring the various types of SUP (Racing, Fitness, Yoga and Touring)

  • Paddling all types of boards (race, tour, inflatable, tandem) 


LOCATION:  Ottawa River Nepean


PREREQUISITE: No previous SUP experience required.


EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS: Clothing for all types of weather conditions and your lifejacket if you have one (if not, we have you covered). We will provide all equipment (boards, paddles, leashes, PFDs).


WHAT TO BRING: Paddlers should wear clothes they are comfortable getting wet in (swimsuit, shorts, etc), , sunscreen, hat, towel, and water bottle.
