The Florida Story

We started stand up paddling on Florida’s Space Coast in 2012. After a number of amazing years running  SUP & SUP Surf  classes, tours and retreats from our friends resort in Cocoa Beach we moved to the Gulf Coast and now call St. Pete Beach home.  You can find us stand up paddling, e-foiling, and wing foiling in St. Petersburg and Sarasota all year long. 

 We love our East Coast Community and return each winter for a week of fun in the Atlantic Ocean’s waves.

Urban Ocean seeks to foster self-confidence, community, and a healthy, active outdoor lifestyle for all. We provide high-quality education with a strong emphasis on safety, technique, and fun. In addition to Stand Up Paddle and Foiling lessons, we offer specialty classes and experiences including fitness, yoga, racing, retreats, and instructor training.
