SUP Pool FAQ's
Dress to get wet- You will get wet!
Wear comfortable clothing that you would
wear to go for a run in the summer.
Using stand up paddle boards anchored on one end to simulate the outdoor environment .
Equipment is Included:
The boards have been carefully chosen to be the best boards for any body in our pool classes.
6 spots must be filled for class to run.

SUP Fitness Class
No Experience Required:
Fitness classes are designed to build your skills, strength, cardio, and flexibility for ANY body!
Strength & Stretch Take your workout on the water with this fun full body, low impact class on a top of floating surface (stand up paddle board). From prone paddling to planks our floating fitness builds strengths, deepens flexibility and improves balance and coordination through a carefully selected set of movements to increase your mobility.
The set up
Saturdays * Must be able to swim
Sundays & Mondays * Non -Swimmers welcome & encouraged.
