SUP Yoga
An Urban Ocean SUP yoga class is 75 minutes long. There is 15 minutes extra for the time it takes to paddle to and from the shore. The remaining 60 Minutes is dedicated to yoga on the stand up paddle board.
You will drop your anchor before the yoga portion of the class begins so you can focus on your yoga practcepractice without drifting. These Urban Ocean Yoga classes are open to “all levels” of students.

SUP Yoga Basics
Let your board become your mat in this Intro to SUP and Yoga class for those with little to no experience.
We will start on the shore to cover the basics (SUP 101) before getting on our board and paddling out for an all-level yoga class that will connect you with nature and being truly present in the moment.
Gentle Waves Yoga-Restorative & relaxing
Connecting with nature can be therapy in itself, but adding gentle yoga poses to stretch to de-stress the body & mind can make the experience bliss.

Float & Fly. *Harmony Dawn

This playful core strengthening sequence
will build a lot of heat as we prepare to
float and fly like birds over water.
HITT & Yin *Harmony Dawn

This high-intensity fun core challenging FITT ( think Hitt) class will start on the mat and make our way to standing to improve your balance in ways you won't find inside the studio walls. We will return to our mats for a sweet surrendering yin practice and savasana.

This 2 day trainings teaches you the tools to lead a class safely and effectively. Certification upon completion.

Requirements:
200-Hour Yoga Teacher training or currently enrolled in YTT OR certified personal trainer.
First-Aid and CPR certified (or at least registered for a class before the training begins)
