Eastern Canada's first stand up paddle pool programs started in 2013
in partnership with an amazing Ottawa community centre taking a chance on us bringing SUPthing new to their pool. Over the past 12 years we have trained instructors at pools around the globe. We can't wait to see you in the SUP Pool! Contact Urban Ocean SUP to host a training at your pool.

Floating Fitness: Strength & Stretch
Take your workout on the water with this fun full body, low impact class on a top of floating surface (stand up paddle board). From prone paddling to planks our floating fitness builds strengths, deepens flexibility and improves balance and coordination through a carefully selected set of movements to increase your mobility.
