The act of balancing while on a board helps to train the body in a fun and new way while adding dimension to your old routine with the following classes. 

SUP Yoga Basics

Let your board become your mat in this Intro to SUP and Yoga class geared for those with little to no experience.  We will start on the shore to cover the basics of SUP before getting on our board for a gentle beginner level yoga sequence that will connect you with nature and being truly present in the moment.

SUP Yoga Fusion

Experience an exciting blend of yoga, barre, and pilates in this fun and upbeat fusion class. It will test your balance as you focus on your breathing and flow from pose to pose.  You will find stabilty on a moving mat in this unique and empowering exercise.  It is open to all levels.

Float & Fly 

This playful core strengthening sequence will  build a lot of heat as we prepare to float and fly like birds over water. 
  Splashes and laughter possible as we find our wings!   
A strong practice and experience with inversions and arm balances is recommended before taking flight from a board.

 

FITT & Yin
 This high intensity fun core challenging FITT ( think HItt) class will start on the mat and make our way to standing to improve your balance in ways you won't find inside the studio walls. We will return to our mats for
 a sweet surrendering yin practice and savasana.

SUP Fitness 

Why burn calories in the gym when you can sweat while gliding along the water? If you love paddle boarding already but are unsure of how to use your skills to get a great workout, then this is your class. Focus on creative ways to use your board in a fun and challenging new way. 45 minute workout.

Floating Yoga & Fitness

Bring mind, body and spirit together in this nature filled floating yoga class. 

This class does not involve any paddling - boards are anchored to a line close to shore

or in the pool.

Are you a yoga or fitness instructor looking to bring your classes on the water?  Learn how to lead safely, effectively and bring your students to new limits. 

    

This 2 day trainings teaches  you the tools to lead a class safely and effectively.  Certification upon completion. 

Course Highlights:

  • Water Safety, Rules and Regulations

  • How to teach Intro to SUP, Yoga & Fitness 

  • Assessing the water &  weather conditions

  • What makes a good SUP instructor- ability to asses students ( options and limitations)

Requirements:
200-Hour Yoga Teacher training or currently enrolled in YTT OR certified personal trainer.
First-Aid and CPR certified (or at least registered for a class before the training begins)
