Cardinal is the BEST location on the St. Lawrence River for our stand up paddle classes.
The protected inlet is perfect for our first time paddlers to see what's below the clear blue water, while having easy access to shore on both side of the canal.
Experienced paddlers enjoy the options of paddling out the channel to practice their SUP skills in stronger current with the ships in the seaway.
Our next learn to stand up paddle, SUPportunity, in Cardinal is June 2026 Tuesdays.
