Cornwall, Cardinal, Prescott, Brockville, Ogdensburg, Libson, Thousand Islands
Brockville and Cardinal are the two BEST locations on the St. Lawrence River for our stand up paddle classes. Both locations offer beautiful protected areas for those new to paddling to learn.
The protected inlet is perfect for our first time paddlers to see what's below the clear blue water, while having easy access to shore on both side of the canal.
Experienced paddlers enjoy the options of paddling out the protected areas to practice their SUP skills in stronger current with the ships in the seaway.
Our next learn to stand up paddle, SUPportunity, in Cardinal is June 2026 Tuesdays.
