Brockville and Cardinal are the two BEST locations on the St. Lawrence River for our stand up paddle classes.  Both locations offer beautiful protected areas perfect for first time paddlers to see what's below the clear blue water, while having easy access to shore. Experienced paddlers enjoy the options of paddling out the protected areas to practice their SUP skills in stronger current with the ships in the seaway.
