This is for paddlers who want to advance their stand up paddle skills whether to increase their fitness or as training for their next race.
Each week ill have a new and exciting challenge provided by coach Harmony Dawn and the conditions on the Ottawa River!
PREREQUISITE: This group training requires that you are able to get back up on your board unassisted and have an understanding of advanced turning technique.

If you've ever thought about racing or are just looking to improve your paddling skills, this is for you. This class consists of stroke development, advanced turns, race starts, and strategy.
PREREQUISITE: NOT suitable for first-time paddlers: SUP 101 required or your own board
